What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We offer a seamless self-check-in process with a secure keyless entry system. You will receive your unique access code via email 24 hours prior to your arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Is daily housekeeping included?

Each villa is professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not standard but can be arranged through our concierge service for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to schedule this service.

Can you arrange for a private chef or other services?

Absolutely. Our 24/7 concierge team specializes in creating bespoke experiences. We can arrange for private chefs, in-villa spa treatments, luxury transportation, grocery pre-stocking, and more. Please visit our Experiences page or contact our concierge to plan your perfect stay.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our villas are pet-friendly, while others are not. Please check the individual property page for specific details or contact us directly to inquire about bringing your pet. An additional pet fee may apply.
